• KMM does not require registration to view the public facing portions of the Website; however, registration is required for clients and vendors who desire to enter private, login sections of the Website.  Personally identifiable information about you, such as name, address, e-mail address, or company affiliation, is collected only when such information is voluntarily submitted by you.  By voluntarily submitting such personal information, you are consenting to KMM’s collection of such information and to be contacted by a representative of KMM, if applicable.

• Except for the limited purposes stated below, KMM will only share your identifiable information with trusted third parties.  Trusted third parties are agents, contractors, vendors, and affiliates who assist KMM in providing services to you.  Trusted third parties include parties who assist KMM in operating this Website, conducting KMM’s business, or providing KMM’s services to you.  KMM’s trusted third parties have agreed to keep your information confidential and use it only to provide services to you.
