Finding the right person for the job; when you get it right it’s so much fun to watch their and our excitement with each other. The other thing I love about my job is getting to work with a whole team of KMM people on something new (opening a DC, transitioning a new piece of business, building a presentation for a new piece of business). The camaraderie and sense of accomplishment is never forgotten.
Sit under an umbrella and read magazines, papers, and projects that have built up over the week, and then cook a big family/friends dinner for all those around me.

Learning about different leadership styles and the impacts they can have on a country. At the end of the 20th century, China and India were at the same level economically. Today, India is way behind China, largely due to the vision and leadership of Deng Xiaoping. I am intrigued by the leadership styles of Prime Minister Narendra Modhi (India), John Magafuli (Tanzania) and President Alassane Ouattara (La Cote d’Ivoire) and I enjoy educating myself about trends in these countries.
Seeing the excitement on colleagues’ faces when the baby steps start taking shape. All of a sudden you hear them saying, “how come we never….”
