Safety

Protecting our Most Valuable Assets

In any industry, safety should be a top priority. However, given some of our employees spend their days scaling towers that are hundreds of feet in the air, we are especially passionate about it! We want to make sure our employees can perform their work in a safe work environment, so that they can go home to their families every night.

COMMITTMENT TO SAFETY

To ensure that we can provide the safest working conditions for all our stakeholders, safe business practices designed to reduce the likelihood of incident or injury are embedded into our operations, our company culture and our solution designs. Employees across all levels are expected to live these values and rules in their daily work routines.

KMM’s customers from across all verticals also have an exemplary commitment to safety, and they entrust us to adhere to the same standards. This means that safety is always given the utmost attention and that there are no shortcuts or compromises that could jeopardize our internal standards or put our employees at risk.

Tower Safety

KMM is a proud member of the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE) STAR Program, an initiative that recognizes tower erectors who voluntarily adhere to higher standards in terms of Safety, Training, Accountability and Reliability (STAR). Our standout performance in this area, as evidenced by top-notch training programs, diligent onsite safety audits and comprehensive health and safety resources, not only earned us a spot in the prestigious program, but also results in kudos from Avetta (formerly PICS Auditing) and WISHA.
